Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using ClutchReframe Clips ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App.
Description of Service
ClutchReframe Clips is a League of Legends highlight capture and vertical video clipping tool built on the Overwolf platform. It automatically detects combat events, records highlights, and enables one-click export as 9:16 vertical videos. All processing occurs locally on your machine.
Permitted Use
You may use ClutchReframe Clips for personal, non-commercial capture and sharing of your own gameplay highlights. Permitted uses include:
- Recording and sharing your own gameplay on social media platforms
- Creating highlight videos for personal content creation
- Using the App in conjunction with your legitimate Riot Games account
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ClutchReframe Clips to:
- Gain any unfair competitive advantage in League of Legends or any other game
- Violate Riot Games' Terms of Service or any applicable policies
- Record, capture, or distribute other players' gameplay without their consent where prohibited by applicable law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Overwolf Platform
ClutchReframe Clips operates on the Overwolf platform. Your use of the App is also subject to Overwolf's Terms of Service. Please review Overwolf's policies before use.
Riot Games Compliance
ClutchReframe Clips is designed to comply with Riot Games' third-party application policies. The App does not:
- Read or transmit in-memory game data beyond what Overwolf GEP provides
- Provide competitive advantages such as ability timers, cooldown tracking, or map information beyond what is visible on screen
- Automate any in-game actions or inputs
Intellectual Property
ClutchReframe Clips and its original code are the intellectual property of ClutchReframe. League of Legends, Riot Games, and all associated marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We claim no ownership of Riot Games' intellectual property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all system configurations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClutchReframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
