Data Collection
What we collect:
- Game events (kills, deaths, assists) via Overwolf Game Event Provider (GEP)
- Video recordings via Overwolf Replays API
- Real-time screen analysis (frame sampling) to refine highlight start/end timing alongside GEP events and to guide the post-game 9:16 vertical crop algorithm. Frames are analyzed locally in real-time and discarded immediately — they are never stored, uploaded, or used to read game state such as abilities, cooldowns, health bars, minimap, or any other competitive information
- Local app settings and preferences
- In-game overlay for recording status notifications (hotkey reminders only — no game data displayed, no competitive advantage information, no ads)
What we do NOT collect:
- Personal identification information
- In-game player IDs or Summoner Names
- Riot account credentials
- In-game chat logs or messages
- Friend lists or social data
- Enemy ability cooldowns or ultimate timers
- Any data that provides competitive advantages
ClutchReframe Clips itself does not transmit any of the above data to external servers.
Third-Party Platform (Overwolf)
ClutchReframe Clips is built on the Overwolf platform. The Overwolf SDK may independently collect anonymous usage analytics, performance metrics, and crash reports in accordance with Overwolf's Privacy Policy. This data collection is handled by Overwolf and is outside our control. Please review Overwolf's privacy policy for details.
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your computer. We operate no servers and do not upload any data to the cloud or any third party.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your data to third parties under any circumstances.
Your Rights
You can delete recorded clips at any time from within the app. Uninstalling ClutchReframe Clips removes all locally stored data associated with the app.
Children's Privacy
ClutchReframe Clips is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
